Editor’s Talk

Dear all readers.    

       In today's rapidly changing world, businesses must constantly adapt to emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Blockchain, and the Internet of Things (IoT) to remain competitive. Additionally, organizations must efficiently manage their resources, including human capital, finances, and other assets, to ensure smooth operations and the achievement of strategic goals.

This journal edition compiles four insightful research articles that address contemporary issues in business administration. The collection comprises two articles in Thai and two in English. The first article investigates the relationship between sustainability-linked stocks and firm performance, as well as the correlation between these stocks and the volatility of returns for companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. The second article explores the alignment of a structural equation model of digital marketing that influences both exploitative and explorative orientations with innovation performance within Thailand's startup ecosystem. The third article examines the impact of AI on labor and global warming from the perspective of ESG-conscious institutional investors in Thailand. The fourth article forecasts inflation in Lao PDR by comparing ARIMA and VAR models.

The journal aims to serve as a valuable resource and source of inspiration for entrepreneurs, executives, researchers, and students seeking to enhance their knowledge and organizational capabilities to meet future challenges.

บทบรรณาธิการ (จากวารสารบริหารธุรกิจ ฉบับที่ 185)

สวัสดีผู้อ่านทุกท่านค่ะ
         
       องค์กรธุรกิจต้องปรับตัวให้ทันกับเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นอยู่เสมอ เช่น ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI), บล็อกเชน (Blockchain) และอินเทอร์เน็ตของสรรพสิ่ง (IoT) เพื่อนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการดำเนินธุรกิจและสร้างความได้เปรียบในการแข่งขัน อีกทั้งองค์กรธุรกิจต้องบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรที่มีอยู่อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ทั้งทรัพยากรบุคคล ทรัพยากรทางการเงิน และทรัพยากรอื่น ๆ เพื่อให้องค์กรสามารถดำเนินงานได้อย่างราบรื่นและบรรลุเป้าหมายที่ตั้งไว้

       วารสารฉบับนี้จึงได้รวบรวมบทความวิจัยที่นำเสนอแนวคิดใหม่ ๆ และมีความสำคัญในด้านการบริหารธุรกิจไว้ด้วยกัน 4 บทความ เป็นบทความวิจัยภาษาไทยจำนวน 2 บทความ และบทความวิจัยภาษาต่างประเทศจำนวน 2 บทความ ได้แก่ บทความที่หนึ่ง เป็นการศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของหุ้นยั่งยืนกับผลการดำเนินงาน และความสัมพันธ์ของหุ้นยั่งยืนกับความผันผวนของผลการดำเนินงานของบริษัทจดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย บทความที่สอง ศึกษาความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนโมเดลสมการโครงสร้างการตลาดดิจิทัลที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการมุ่งเน้นทั้งสิ่งใหม่และสิ่งที่มีอยู่เดิมและการดำเนินงานด้านนวัตกรรมขององค์กรระบบนิเวศสตาร์ทอัพในประเทศไทย เรื่องที่สาม ศึกษาผลกระทบของปัญญาประดิษฐ์ต่อแรงงานและภาวะโลกร้อนในมุมมองเชิงลึกจากนักลงทุนสถาบันที่คำนึงถึง ESG ในประเทศไทย บทความที่สี่ เป็นการพยากรณ์อัตราเงินเฟ้อใน สปป. ลาว โดยการเปรียบเทียบแบบจำลอง ARIMA และ VAR

       โดยทางวารสารมุ่งหวังว่า จะเป็นแหล่งความรู้และแรงบันดาลใจให้กับผู้ประกอบการ ผู้บริหาร นักวิจัย และนักศึกษา ที่ต้องการพัฒนาตนเองและองค์กรให้ก้าวหน้าและสามารถเผชิญกับความท้าทายในอนาคตได้
