Editor’s Talk

Dear all readers. 

      The Journal of Business Administration remains rich in academic content, covering organizational behavior and accounting. Each article undergoes scrutiny by the editorial board and external experts to ensure quality before publication. The current issue features two Thai-language research articles and two international-language research articles. The first paper studies the influence of human resource management on innovativeness and analyzes the mediating and moderating effects on the relationship between human resource management and innovativeness. The second paper examines the structural equation model of the influence of organizational creative climate on innovative work behavior and firm innovativeness in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The third paper explores the innovation process among Thai digital content creators, utilizing a multiple case-study approach to investigate this complex phenomenon. The fourth paper investigates the relationship between earnings management and the performance of listed companies in the Market for Alternative Investment (MAI) in Thailand. The editorial board hopes this journal stimulates academic thought and knowledge exchange in business management for researchers, scholars, and readers alike. They welcome feedback and suggestions for future academic contributions.
